Products that contain THC can trigger positive drug test results. Even microdoses can accumulate with regular use.

The THC-free options (Anytime, Relax, Sleep) pose minimal risk but aren't guaranteed safe.

Our mushroom gummies are the safest option with no THC or CBD in the products.

Avoid all THC products if subject to testing.

We have a limited satisfaction guarantee on all of our gummy samplers, and we can accept returns of unopened products for 30 days.

Our products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill which makes them federally legal within the United States, but we do advise reaching out to the airline company just to confirm that there won't be any issues with traveling.

At this time, we can only sell CBD-only products (Anytime, Relax, and Sleep) and mushroom gummies to Alabama, California, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, and Tennessee.

Some states have enacted certain restrictions, should there be one with any products you order - we will reach out and alert you prior to shipping.

No medical card is needed - you just need to be over 21 years of age!

This upcoming ban on THC products (closing the 2018 Farm Bill loophole) will not go into effect until November 2026, and we expect that any proposed hemp restrictions would face significant legal challenges before taking effect.

We’re monitoring it closely and working with our partners, attorneys, and industry groups to protect both our customers and the hemp community as a whole. This issue will almost certainly be tied up in court long before anything changes.

For now, we will continue operating business as usual and selling our products while they are still legal :)

Unfortunately, we are only able to take orders through our online system. All credit card information is immediately sent to our processing system and is not stored on our website.  Plus paying through our website is the safest way since your full card information will only be seen by our merchant processor (not even us!).

Unfortunately, PayPal does not currently work with our industry. We hope they change their policies in the future!

Most of our coupons only work with one-time purchases, not subscriptions. If you are trying to place a one-time order only, and your coupon still isn't working, please email us!

All of our products are vegan. However, they are processed in a facility that also processes non-vegan products.

The only non-vegan product we offer is our THC Milk Chocolate bar (available December through February only).

Since the gummies are packed fresh, they are still somewhat soft when they are packaged. In cases like these, the gummy was most likely crushed during transit (USPS isn’t always the most gentle!), but it is still safe to eat.

If the seal on the bottle is in tact but loose, this can sometimes happen during shipping due to movement of the package.  If the seal inside the bottle is slightly ajar when opened, this is normal and due to the pressure of the lid opening.  As long as the bubble mailer your package was received in was sealed, your order is good to use!

The Euphoria gummies and Pain Plus gummies are the strongest products we offer with 10 mg of THC per gummy

(and occasionally our limited edition products like our Chocolate Bars or Caramels, will be higher than this).

We recommend a shelf life of 1 year for the products. They will most likely still be good after that (like your typical candy), but they may not be as fresh and will not fall within the expiration guidelines.

Our THC Chocolate Bars are available December through February only (when the weather is cooler!) Their return is always announced via newsletter.

My edible contained THC: a beginner dose is 2.5mg of THC, if this is not felt then we recommend increasing in 2.5mg increments until the desired feeling is felt.  If you do not feel any effects, you should wait until 1 hour after taking before increasing the dose. We recommend going low and slow for all users to avoid unpleasant side effects.

My edible did not contain THC: CBD only edibles typically are much more subtle than THC, and any effects are much lighter and often won’t be “felt” like THC based edibles, rather provide a much more overall subtle effect.

**Please keep in mind that every human body is different, so the effects may vary from person to person. In rare cases, it may take longer than 2 hours for the edibles to hit.

Foods and drinks are a big factor in how your body absorbs THC. Depending on what you’ve eaten or drank, your body may process the THC more or less efficiently.

You may have taken a higher dose than needed.

Our Bliss and Energy gummies are microcube gummies - they are smaller and denser. They still contain the full amount of THC and CBD.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and we average around 12 hours from the time the order is placed to when it is shipped (excluding any address or stock issues). Any orders placed after 1 pm EST will ship the following business day.

Once with USPS it should arrive within 1-5 days, but as we all know USPS does occasionally delay a package here and there (about 1% on average for us).

USPS often scans packages delivered before they are actually delivered (it’s easier for them, but not helpful for us! haha), but it should arrive in 24-48 hours from the scan date.

Let us know, of course, if it does not.

Our free shipping is through USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

For an additional charge, we offer UPS Ground (averages 3-5 business days) or UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days, excluding weekends).

Please note that UPS 2nd Day Air is our ONLY expedited shipping option at this time.

Unfortunately at this time, we only ship, but most orders arrive to local areas within 2-3 days via USPS. We hope to expand in the future.

All orders include free USPS ground advantage delivery. They should arrive with your ordinary mail in a plain bubble mailer with a white shipping label that says "NP LLC". It looks like most other mail and should fit inside of a standard residential mailbox with your ordinary mail. No signature will be required upon delivery :)

Yes, we do ship free to Alaska and Hawaii. The estimated time from order to arrival would likely be 4-5 days, but please note that delivery times may be extended.

Your address can be updated through your account. If you do have an active subscription, please update it in the subscription portal as well before it ships. Each subscription must be updated separately. Updating your address in your account will not update the address on an existing order.

You will receive an email with your subscription information once you have signed up. You can also view your subscription on your profile.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the subscription portal and canceling or pausing.

We can't recommend combining alcohol with THC, but infusing a mocktail or other non-alcoholic beverage is what we made them for! As long as the hemp remains under 0.3% THC there is no legal issue.

All of our THC products are made with hybrid plant part THC (so a balance of sativa and indica). All of our products contain Delta-9 THC except for our Elevate gummies, our only Delta-8 product.

Unfortunately, all of our THC products will cause you to fail a drug test as THC will enter your system. The time it takes to leave your system does vary from person to person.

These products are considered lighter doses so they contain only reasonable amounts of THC. These will not cause anxiety as long as the proper amount is taken.

With each order, we provide a dosing guide which makes recommendations whether you’re new or more experienced. If you are a beginner to THC products, we recommend starting with the beginner doses.

The Buzz Drops™ and Buzz Packs™ will take effect within 10 minutes to an hour.
The gummies begin to take effect after 30 minutes, with the full effect peaking at an hour and a half to two hours.

Since everyone metabolizes at different rates, the effects will vary from person to person.

If after an hour, you do not notice the effects you can safely increase the dose.
